Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years as Coach, Prod Mgr or Scrum Master
  • Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SPC
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • 3+ years' Agile Management tools
  • 7+ years Agile related experience
  • 3+ Years coaching multiple agile teams
  • Experience in complex, multi-team environments
