The Director of Nursing is responsible and accountable for providing professional nursing care to clients, directing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and supervising the effective and efficient use of the operations of nursing and the safe delivery of behavioral health/nursing services.
This role manages the daily operations of nursing services, develops and implements nursing policies and procedures, and leads a team through hiring, orienting, performance assessment, and coaching.

Key Requirements
