This role serves as the department head responsible for building and managing all ICSS-related engineering activities for offshore projects.
The incumbent must lead the full project lifecycle from FEED through to SAT while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards.
Candidates are expected to apply design thinking concepts to drive continuous improvements and optimize project outcomes.
