Job Summary
This role is accountable for designing, building, and scaling modern AI capabilities including agentic AI systems and generative AI applications across Commercial, Medical, and Enabling functions.
The position requires defining Japan's AI roadmap covering decision intelligence, predictive analytics, and ensuring initiatives are outcome-driven rather than technology-driven.
Candidates must lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven capabilities while ensuring they are business-relevant, technically robust, governed, compliant, and scalable beyond pilot stages.
