Job Summary
The Defense team advises public company clients and their boards of directors in the realm of shareholder activism defense, hostile takeover defense, corporate governance, and other varying shareholder relations and ESG matters.
In this role, the successful candidate will work alongside other Shareholder Activism and Corporate Defense Bankers, as well as Industry Coverage and M&A bankers, on a number of prominent mandates across industries and geographies.
