Job Summary
Conducts evaluations of hearing and recommends treatment to improve or conserve hearing ability.
Identify, test, diagnose and manage disorders of human hearing, balance, tinnitus; interpret results of behavioral and objective measures.
Assess the candidacy of persons with hearing loss for hearing aids and provide fitting, programming, and audiologic rehabilitation to ensure the best possible outcomes.
