Key Requirements

  • minimum five years multifamily property management experience
  • experience with Tax Credit Compliance and HUD Section 8
  • valid driver’s license required
  • high school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
  • CAM or CPM certification preferred
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist or related designation preferred
  • experience with Yardi or similar software
  • experience preparing for REAC inspections
