• The Onboarding Program Manager plays a critical role in delivering and continuously evolving Autodesk’s enterprise onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are effectively enabled, connected, and engaged from day one.
• This role manages the delivery of Talent and Learning programs including New Employee Orientation (NEO) and serves as a key contributor to Autodesk’s broader talent enablement and employee experience strategy.
• Success in this role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder influence, and a continuous improvement mindset grounded in learner-centered design.
