Job Summary

  • The Workday - Security and Compliance Engineer will work closely with HR business teams, Tech Product & Service teams, third party vendors and service providers to ensure proper technical design, implementation, and support for Tech solutions and first-class tech enablement, standardization, continuous improvement, and compliance of end-to-end HR Talent and Recruitment tech solution landscape.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and configuration experience in domain policy, business process policy, authentication policy and login methodology, execution of controls, access management, and activity reviews, and handling internal and external audits for Workday.
