Job Summary

  • This role is pivotal in promoting a first-pass quality approach within manufacturing while fostering a work environment that prioritizes safety, quality, accountability, trust, and teamwork.
  • The leader will oversee the successful implementation of Boeing Production Systems initiatives including Staffing, Training, Compliance, Safety, EI, Lean, 5S, and Tooling and Equipment Management on the second shift.
