The Director, Procurement – Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) Category is responsible for directing end-to-end API Procurement strategy and execution for New Product Pipeline and Launch & Grow products.
This position will be responsible for delivering high-impact team and organizational goals related to cost efficiency, risk management, innovation, and sustainability that promote J&J’s business growth and objectives.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $150,000.00 - $258,750.00, with eligibility for long-term incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of Procurement / category management experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field
Proven success in development of sourcing strategy
Proven track record to influence cross-functional partners
