The ideal candidate will be a registered dietitian with experience in geriatric nutrition, responsible for conducting nutritional assessments and developing individualized care plans for residents. **

Job Summary

  • As a member of the Clinical Team, the Dietitian consults with and advises the Dietary Manager and Director of Care concerning nutrition and hydration program needs.
  • Develops, implements and evaluates nutritional care plans that includes identification of nutritional concerns, goals and interventions for all residents.
