Job Summary

  • The Quality Control / Laboratory Analyst is responsible for executing Quality Control, QMS, and GLP activities while supporting ongoing Skills Development initiatives within the department.
  • The role contributes to ISO 9001 compliance, operational excellence, and the mentoring and development of interns and learners in alignment with SETA and Skills Development requirements.
  • Key responsibilities include conducting investigations into customer complaints and non-conformances, ensuring laboratory equipment calibration and compliance, and performing and reviewing testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
