Salary
$15.95 per hour; Base: $88,000 - $124,000 annually; Component pay: $.35 cents per mile, $20 drop and hook, plus time and one half for all hours worked over 40 hours; Benefits: health insurance, pre-tax spending accounts, retirement benefits, paid time off, short-term and long-term disability, employee stock purchase plan, and life insurance.
