Job Summary
Prepare, coordinate, and supervise traffic engineering design, analysis and modeling tasks and provide traffic discipline support to other Discipline Leads and Project Managers.
Train and manage traffic resources including staff workloads, career planning, individual development plans, including one-on-one conversations, salary recommendations, etc.
Serve as Traffic Discipline Lead on pursuits and opportunities with DOTs and other clients in the Central Area (East, Mid, West).

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
15+ years of related work experience
Professional Engineer (PE) registration
Experience interfacing with DOTs within the Midwest
