Job Summary
Lead supplier negotiations and manage all purchasing activities for the Liquor & Tobacco & Food category to secure stock turnover, availability, and profitability.
Monitor sales, inventory levels, margins, SKU mix, pricing, and overall commercial performance, while planning and managing the promotion calendar.
Support new store openings and concept implementations, build strong supplier relationships, and collaborate with Operations to develop store-level sales strategies.
