  • 3+ years leading multiple engineering projects
  • Expertise in FDA, ISO, and MDD regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency with Oracle ERP system for project tracking
  • Strong financial management and budget forecasting skills

Nice-to-have

  • Master's degree in business or technical field
  • Project/Program Management certification from accredited institution
  • Experience mentoring engineers and technicians
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
  • Knowledge of Product Development Process (PDP) systems

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 7 years of total professional experience
  • Certification in Project/Program Management preferred
