Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for the dimensional integrity of an assigned portfolio of investment cast parts, including the design and acquisition of tooling, fixtures, gauges, and dimensional inspection plans.
  • The role involves identifying and leading continuous improvement activities to reduce cost, improve scrap and rework yields, and enhance overall manufacturing process efficiency.
  • Responsibilities include investigating customer escapes, developing corrective actions, validating dimensional qualification packages, and conducting design review meetings with customers.
