Job Summary

  • These programmers will develop components to be incorporated into the ARAX system, including implementing statistical and machine learning techniques, creating modular Python wrappers, and implementing automated thresholding.
  • The role requires experience with the Neo4j graph database, interacting with REST APIs, Python, associated machine learning packages, Git and GitHub, and working with biomedical ontologies/data sets.
