Job Summary

  • As the Director, Deal Enablement at Axon, you will be a key enabler of the company’s commercial excellence — ensuring that our deals are structured, priced, and executed efficiently to support optimal customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance, profitability, and supporting go to market objectives.
  • You’ll establish and manage the day-to-day operations of deal enablement for sales to our major account customers, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to streamline the Quote-to-Cash process.
  • This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and a deep understanding of SaaS and hardware-based commercial models.
