Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, feeding, and maintaining a calm, warm environment while strictly adhering to privacy and safety policies.
