The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation, job skills training, and certification programs for nursing assistants.
This role requires coordinating all required Fire/Internal Disaster and External Mass Casualty Drills while maintaining a professional appearance and cooperative relationships.
The incumbent must possess a valid RN or LVN/LPN license and have experience in long-term care facility education and direct patient care.
