Job Summary
The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking an experienced International Consultant to lead the development of Somalia’s National Guidelines for the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM).
The consultant will provide technical leadership, quality assurance, and strategic guidance while working closely with national consultants and the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MoECC).
The assignment includes mandatory travel to Mogadishu for workshops and aims to produce internationally aligned, technically robust guidelines supporting Somalia’s climate commitments under the Paris Agreement.
