Job Summary
This role directs professional nursing care and coordinates the daily clinical and operational components of a 22-bed Neuro ICU unit at Allegheny General Hospital.
The position requires serving as a clinical expert and role model while monitoring and mentoring staff performance in a Level I Shock Trauma Center environment.
Employees will work steady nights with rotating weekends and holidays, assisting physicians with complex procedures such as brain tumor resections and central line placements.
