Must-have

  • 3-5 years clinical experience in ophthalmic environment
  • Hands-on experience with device configuration and networking
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 90%
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of ocular anatomy and physiology

Nice-to-have

  • COA, CRA, or OCT-C certification preferred
  • General product knowledge of ophthalmic equipment
  • Experience supporting sales activities and trade shows
  • Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
  • Collaborative team player with drive and passion

Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in health science
  • 2 to 4 years related experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Valid passport and/or REAL ID compliant identification
  • Must be located near an airport in North Carolina
  • Ability to lift 300lbs
