Job Summary

  • Assess the quality and sustainability of reported earnings, net assets, working capital, and cash flows
  • Contribute to the preparation of clear, concise, and deal‑focused reports and presentations that highlight key findings, risks, and considerations impacting transaction valuation and structuring
  • Advise on how due diligence findings may be incorporated into transaction terms, valuation assumptions, and sale or purchase agreements, including identification of potential negotiating points
