Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years in a call center environment

  • Ability to manage multiple activities in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 5+ years of previous experience in a fast-paced call center reporting environment
