Own and drive end-to-end product program execution, developing and managing integrated program plans, schedules, risk registers, and dependencies.
Ensure compliance with A&D-specific requirements, including long lifecycle support, product change notifications, export control, reliability, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

Proven track record managing cross-functional, multi-discipline teams
Experience working with Aerospace & Defense customers or programs
