  • Ensure quality management and quality inspection of institutional care, implement regular statistics and analysis of institutional quality indicators, complete analysis of causes and implement improvements.
  • Implement the holistic care service model, for specialized cases, work with the medical team, counsellor and paramedical team to develop a personalized care plan.
