Job Summary

  • The mission of the Center for Academic Development and Enrichment (CADE) is to foster an equitable, opportunity-rich environment that supports career growth, skill development, and well-being across all sites and career stages.
  • This position will help the OWLI meet its goal: to promote and support the academic career advancement of faculty and trainees who are caregivers by identifying barriers to job retention and job satisfaction and designing and implementing programs that promote professional fulfillment and career development.
