Key Requirements

  • 5+ years IT support experience
  • CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft AZ-104, or Cisco CCNA certifications preferred
  • ITIL Foundation 4 or higher
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
  • Experience with ConnectWise and RMM tools
  • Ability to cover rotating on-call shifts
