Key Requirements
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS-HCP) certification
IV Certification for Colorado sites or competency sign-off for Montana
Completion of RN program within 4 years if not in long-term care
One year experience in clinic or acute hospital nursing preferred
