Job Summary

  • Organize Lab level Tier meetings, follow instruction/comments from Operation Head or his representative make clear record with decisions and action plans, track the result of action plans until close; Keep driving efficiency and effectiveness improvement of Lab level Tier meetings.
  • Create routine/temporary reports with high quality and clearly present situation/issues/solutions; Pre-audit the document qualities from Engineering/production and push improvement.
  • Representative from Lab Management to attend working meetings, transfer expectations and feedbacks; Help to organize culture related activities/forums; Identify highlights, organize information, write articles, etc.
