This role supports the Defined Contribution Intermediary team by managing recordkeeper and direct relationships including onboarding and client change events.
The incumbent will act as a trusted partner to coordinate with internal sales, investments, finance, operations, and data teams to ensure an optimal client experience.

Salary
Base: $80,000 - $140,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match, insurance, PTO, and EAP

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3-5 years institutional client-facing experience
