Job Summary

  • The Senior Maintenance and Facility Lead is responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership and tactical direction to the diverse and highly skilled team of Maintenance & Facilities Maintenance (FM) Technicians.
  • Responsibilities include combined responsibility for assets and resources involved in Production and Utilities Maintenance, managing energy & water services, and overseeing maintenance and services costs.
  • This role drives reliability improvement, collaborates on new utility and property expansion projects, and ensures compliance with GXP requirements and EHS regulations.
