Job Summary
This position is responsible for removing undesirable defects and foreign material from potatoes through proper trim inspection methods while minimizing waste of any usable potato matter.
Individuals in this position must follow all plant safety policies and procedures, be actively engaged in safety, and participate in safety programs.
