The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident conditions promptly.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care needs, transporting them between rooms or vehicles, and ensuring a calm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs including TPRs
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to work collaboratively with inter-departmental personnel
