Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Platforms Operations Support team is to provide 24x7 Operations support and management for Platform technologies.
In this role, you will contribute to the overall goal of Operations, by ensuring that the service we are providing is consistently looked through two main lenses - Continuous Improvement and Service Availability.
This role is a senior role within the operations support team, that will require strong communication skills with the candidate expected to own technology components and be able to drive the appropriate actions and present key messages to senior stakeholders across the business.
