As a Commercial Business Controller, you will be a key business partner supporting the Finish Country Manager and the Nordic S&OP process, owning financial analysis, business cases, and performance follow-up to accelerate profitable growth.

Full P&L responsibility
Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and Power Query
Fluent in Swedish and English
Experience with BI tools
Financial analysis and reporting
Support Nordic S&OP process
Strong financial control and internal process adherence
Nice-to-have
Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot
Understanding of spoken Finnish
Experience in FMCG or fast-moving industries
Experience with SAP, SQL, and Power BI
Ability to build strong relationships
Business minded with growth commitment
Flexible hybrid working model
Key Requirements
5 years of Business Controller experience
Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
Experience with full P&L responsibility
Experience in FMCG or fast-moving industries preferred
