Job Summary
This role will take ownership of approximately half of the portfolio, supporting site readiness, construction projects, environmental compliance, operator onboarding, vendor management, and capital project execution.
You’ll play a critical role in evaluating and restoring sites—from initial assessment through turnkey handoff—while helping build a scalable, consistent operating model across the network.
This is a hands‑on, field‑heavy role that requires strong operational judgment, construction awareness, environmental understanding, and the ability to manage multiple sites and vendors simultaneously.
