Coordinate incoming change requests for Scout vehicles and the Scout Platform and track their execution through the central change management software (AVON).
Proactively review, challenge, and validate the quality, completeness, and plausibility of all change requests and deviation permits, coordinating adjustments by engaging cross-functional stakeholders prior to the central Change Management Committee review.

Base: $110,000 - $135,000; Bonus/Equity: annual performance bonus program; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, income protection, 401(k) with match, generous PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
5-7 years of experience in automotive
Experience in Change Coordination or Program Management
