State Street Corporation is seeking a senior leader for the role of SVP, Head of Global Markets Front Office & Trading, Risk, and Operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in Global Markets, a proven track record in executing large-scale initiatives, and demonstrate exceptional engineering and leadership skills

Job Summary

  • Accountable for all Global Markets Sales, Trading, Operations, Risk technology, and the Global Link Fintech platform.
  • Strategic planning and execution for GM product creation and development, venue expansion, target architecture, workforce optimization, cross-asset class enablement, real-time risk analytics, technical and business operational efficiencies, and ability to apply modern AI techniques to increase operating margin, client satisfaction, revenue, and differentiation.
