Job Summary

  • Assist Head, Sales in managing daily operation of the sales department by performing tasks such as monitoring Sales Advisors’ performance as well as providing guidance and training to ensure branch achieve the set financial targets and units.
  • Supervising and guiding the sales team to ensure Sales Advisors are up to date with the current product/ policies set by Principal / Company.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationship with customers to increase branch sales prospect.
