Job Summary

  • Join a compassionate, mission-driven team as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist (PSR) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults living with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • In this position, you will provide day-to-day psychosocial rehabilitation services in accordance with state regulations, facilitate structured activities and groups, support treatment plan implementation, serve as an advocate for clients, connect individuals to community resources, and help maintain a safe and supportive program environment.

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Current auto insurance
  • At least 21 years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle
  • Attain required Behavioral Management training within 30 days
