Job Summary

  • Support/drive the successful execution of multiple capital projects within our West Point, PA portfolio, including a large capital project ($300M) and supporting the low-segment portfolio of work.
  • Collaborate with design and construction partners, driving equipment/process selection, design, startup and C&Q through all phases of the project, and may have technical oversight to junior engineers and resources.
  • The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable, and a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech engineering or manufacturing
  • 10+ years engineering/operations for vaccines or biologics
  • BS degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or Science
  • Experience with stage gate capital management process
  • Experience with chemical handling, biosafety, and containment
