The Head of North America Facilities and Real Estate will play a key leadership role in the development and management of Broadridge’s facilities and real estate operations with a key focus on our headquarters in New York City and Newark, New Jersey.
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing long-term capital planning, project roadmaps, project management, and facilities management and centralization initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, sustainability, and employee experience.
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong track record in data-driven decision-making, utilizing advanced analytics, emerging technologies including AI, and scenario modeling to inform facilities and real estate recommendations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management
3+ years with regional leadership responsibilities
Proven track record managing complex lease portfolios
