The Senior Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for evaluating patient needs, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans to maximize function.
Additional responsibilities include orientation of new staff, participation on committees, QI activities, supervision of students and aides, and developing practice guidelines.

Key Requirements
minimum of four (4) years of experience
Master's Degree Occupational Therapy preferred
Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy required
current unrestricted license to practice occupational therapy from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
