Must-have

  • 7+ years Solution or Sales Engineer experience
  • Hands-on Agentforce and Data Cloud prototyping
  • Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agentic design
  • Experience with federal compliance frameworks like CMMC
  • U.S. citizenship required

Nice-to-have

  • Salesforce certifications in Admin or Platform Developer
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SQL, or Python
  • Familiarity with OT/IT convergence in manufacturing

Key Requirements
