This position will be responsible for the maintenance, continuous improvement, and discontinuation of legacy products, as well as engineering and designing special product modifications.
The most successful candidates will be excellent communicators who manage projects independently and who effectively share technical information with sales, customer service, supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing team members.

Base: $70,000 - $80,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: $21,750 estimated annual bonus; Benefits: Health Insurance (medical/dental/vision), Life Insurance, 401k Match, Vacation/Holiday Pay

Analyze data from many variables
Apply engineering calculations
Blueprint reading
Project management skills

Experience in metal fabrication
Knowledge of cellular manufacturing
Understanding of material properties (HDPE, steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, composites)
SolidWorks Simulation proficiency
