The Contract Management System Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, optimization, and user support of the organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, Conga (formerly Novatus).
This role ensures the system operates efficiently, supports end-to-end contract workflows, and meets the needs of Procurement, Vendor Management, Legal, Finance, and other business stakeholders.

Key Requirements
3-5 years administering a Contract Management system
Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field a plus
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency with report building, data analysis, and system configuration
Excellent problem solving, documentation, and communication skills
